Standard orders are typically processed between 1- 3 business days & shipped via ground or air. Shipping prices will be calculated specific to your location once you get to the checkout and add in your shipping address.

We are a Costa Rican based company but also offer Priority Shipping in the Unites States. Every shipment comes with a tracking number & will be emailed to you once it has shipped. 

If you're ordering from outside of Costa Rica and the United States, your order may be subject to import and custom duties. INDI MAYA SWIM doesn't have control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on current charges. 

If for any reason you refuse to receive your order and/or not pay for custom duties & taxes in your country your order will be returned back to us. In this case, INDI MAYA SWIM will charge the customer for any applicable shipping costs and any applicable import duty taxes for return of shipment.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

At INDI MAYA SWIMWEAR, we our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that online shopping can be a little difficult, so we’re here to help you make sure your order is correct.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.

To request an exchange, please send an email to: indimayaswim@gmail.com immediately within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number. Orders must be sent back for an exchange within 14 days of delivery of your item. Please allow 3-5 days for processing once your order has been received.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags. This is non-negotiable. INDI MAYA SWIMWEAR has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products laundered, worn, dirty, stained/soiled or missing the original tags will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to bodily fluids, lotions, deodorant, creams, oils, perfume, makeup etc. In the occurrence that these garments are returned with these conditions we will void your refund/store credit. The item(s) will be returned back to the customer and will incur a return shipping cost of $10.00 to be paid for by the customer. 

This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as ‘underwear’ & due to hygiene reasons once garments are not resalable they have to be destroyed which is a loss to our company, unhygienic and, of course, saddening that we would have to recycle a new (almost) suit. 

REFUNDS

At this time we do not offer refunds due to the intimacy of the garments. Unless an item is defective. If this is the case you will need to send back your piece(s). Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & whether or not there is an approval or rejection of your refund. 

WHEN SENDING BACK YOUR ITEM(S): 

When sending back your item(s) you must mark "RETURNED GOODS- NO SALE" on the package as INDI MAYA SWIMWEAR is not responsible for paying any import duty & tax fees. If you happen to miss this step, we have the right to deduct the duties we received from your exchange/store credit. 

Please notify us with your name, reason with photo(s) & order number at indimayaswim@gmail.com of your exchange and we will issue the new exchange order upon receipt of your item. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

It is recommended to send your item(s) back with a tracking number and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages.  

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Sale items and those purchased with a discount code are final sale & cannot be exchanged for store credit.
